  19. hardware under it.

  31. Not really. The chipset allows greater perceived performance on a low end cpu 
  32. but you have to question that strategy when you can buy cheaper faster CPU's 
  33. and cheaper faster graphics chips off the shelf. Custom hardware was an 
  34. advantage in the 80's. It's holding the Amiga back now.
